Our Masút cattle live in a closed herd and are grass fed and finished only. We farm 600 acres of Organic hay annually, and have over 8000 acres of certified Organic pasture and land for them to graze. They are happy animals.
How do we sell Masút beef?
We sell our beef in a 50 pound assortment of cuts and ground beef. The beef is vacuum sealed and frozen immediately into one pound portions of ground, and individual cuts.
What is the assortment?
Ground beef, New York, Filet Mignon, Rib Steak, Chuck roast, Short Ribs, Top Sirloin. (note: ground beef accounts for about 30 pounds)
